Mr. Marrufo began his legal career as an intern at the Baja California Administrative Court in August 2018, developing his drafting and analytical skills through the review of files and preparation of numerous court rulings. 

Mr. Marrufo joined our firm in August of 2019, and immediately began working in our labor and corporate departments, contributing to the success of numerous labor cases. Mr. Marrufo has shown great communication skills with international clients and has become an amazing translator for complex legal documentation.

Mr. Marrufo’s duties include client intake, review and analysis of transactional documents, legal research, corporate control of different companies, clients of our law firm and contract terminations in the labor department.

  • Assisted in the preparation of various types of agreements, including purchase, bailment, pledge and stock purchases for clients in all industries, including maquiladora, retail, manufacturing and professional services.
  • Participated with the firm’s attorneys when rendering services to numerous foreign and domestic investors in joint ventures, mergers, divestitures, spin-offs, land surveys, real estate acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
  • Assisted in the performance of due diligence procedures to companies in all sectors of the industry including manufacture, technology, construction, etc.
