Ms. Kelly Ortiz started her legal career in 2014 as an intern in the city of Tijuana, and has been licensed to practice in México since 2016. Her practice focuses on advising and representing clients on a variety of matters related to immigration, customs, business compliance, contract negotiation, commercial litigation and corporate law.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Ortiz worked for Catafracto S. de R.L. de C.V., where her excellent performance quickly entitled her to become executive associate of their Tijuana office. Afterwards, she joined the firm of Farias & Walker, in their Tijuana and San Diego offices, where she gained vast experience in contractual analysis, tax law, commercial, civil and family litigation.

Ms. Ortiz is currently part of our tax, corporate, foreign trade and customs practices in our Tijuana offices, being a major contributor to many of our clients’ successes and a key factor in our ongoing growth.
