For more than 20 years, he has built a successful legal practice advising and representing clients on a variety of matters related to labor and employment, including settlement of disputes with unions, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, labor and employment compliance and employment litigation.
Mr. Martinez effectively advises many of our clients in the preparation of documents necessary to maintain healthy labor relations, such as internal shop rules, employee handbooks, personnel policies, benefits plans, employment contracts and severance agreements, among others. Mr. Martínez is also a recurring speaker in the area of labor and employment for numerous industrial chambers and business organizations, both in Mexico and overseas.
