Born in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico, November 12, 1947.

Throughout his practice during the last 40 years, Mr. Delgado has obtained experience in the following areas: giving preventive advice on the legal and practical issues that the companies need to have into consideration to obtain a successful human resources administration; the advice in the adequate compliance of the labor law and its regulations.

Mr. Delgado currently holds the position of Vice-Chair of the Labor and Employment Practice of the Firm.

  • Preparation of employee benefits plans individual employment contracts and/or collective bargaining agreements;
  • Preparation of strategies, negotiation, and execution of collective agreements with unions;
  • Representation of companies before the Federal and States Conciliation and Arbitration Labor Boards and other authorities related to labor lawsuits, handling of strikes, coalitions, Amparo trials, and/or administrative procedures;
  • Preparation and enforcement of all types of labor and employment documents, internal shop rules, formats, and agreements required by the companies in accordance with their needs and other issues related thereto.
