Clemente Paredes Herrejón Senior Associate Clemente Paredes Herrejón is a licensed attorney practicing law in Mexico since 1997. His practice is focused primarily on corporate law, M&A, foreign investments and contract negotiation.
Mr. Paredes has counseled a wide variety of foreign and domestic clients with their business ventures in Mexico. He is an expert in dealing with clients during incorporations, mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, spin-offs, joint ventures and foreign investment procedures. Mr. Paredes has provided professional services to international corporations, real estate groups and companies in the manufacturing industry, among many others.
He joined our Firm in 1990 as a law clerk, quickly advancing as a promising young attorney due to his excellent performance and ability to solve some of the most complex issues for our clients. His problem-solving skills, analysis and commitment to our clients rapidly entitled him to being entrusted with many of the most complex cases handled by our firm. With more than 27 years of experience, Mr. Paredes leads the Corporate Practice Group of our Tijuana office.
