Participates primarily in drafting minutes for Shareholders’/Partners’ Meetings and Sessions of the Board of Directors, corporate updates and restructures, mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions, transformation and liquidation of companies, corporate due diligence, acquisition and transfer of shares and equity parts, registration and update of companies with the National Registry of Foreign Investments and draft and review of Civil and Commercial Agreements for private and public companies.
Mr. Aguilar has practiced his professional career in the firm during 8 years, acquiring during same, experience in several branches of law, especially in Corporate and Corporate Governance.
