Alfonso E. Castillo is a labor and employment specialist with more than 25 years of experience, representing multinational corporations and small and medium size enterprises in all types of employment and collective matters.

Mr. Castillo is a Partner of the Firm, specializing in Labor and Employment matters and the Director of the Labor and Employment Practice in Monterrey, Reynosa and Matamoros, Tamaulipas.

Mr. Castillo effectively advises clients in the preparation and negotiation of documents such as internal shop rules, employee manuals, personnel policies, benefit plans, employment contracts, and severance agreements. Mr. Castillo also teaches seminars on labor law topics.
