Attorney Alan Guajardo has collaborated in our firm since 2016, which has allowed him to develop in the Tax, Customs and Civil and Commercial litigation areas.

Mr. Guajardo is in charge of reviewing and attending the Import and Export operations carried out by our clients of materials with non-tariff regulations such as the General and Ordinary Import and Export Permits issued by SEDENA (Ministry of National Defense), SEMARNAT (Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources), CICOPLAFEST (State Committees on Pesticides, Fertilizers and Toxic Substances) and Ministry of Economy among others, by various customs of the country.

Mr. Guajardo, with his experience, has participated in various audits carried out on clients in Mexico, both internal and those carried out by tax authorities in foreign trade material, and he supports us by preparing applications for IMMEX, PROSEC and Certification programs in its Modality VAT-IEPS, as well as the review and compliance with notaries and public brokers for the preparation of public deeds for this type of administrative procedure.

 With the experience he acquired as a Law intern in the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation, handling various matters in the state of Tamaulipas, he continues to support these matters.paro (constitutional challenge) proceedings derived from labor and employment lawsuits.
